• 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • dash of olive oil
  • mixed italian herbs
  • basil

Bacon Brussel Sprouts:

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 bacon rasher diced
  • 10 brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • olive oil for the pan
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • chilli flakes


Blend garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and herbs in food processor.

Cut insert into chicken and stuff with italian mix, then wrap bacon around the chicken.

Fry on both sides to brown the bacon and then place in oven dish and then into a fan forced oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30min. Turn at 15min and get rid of excess water/fat at the bottom.

Fry onion, garlic and bacon in the pan with olive oil.

Add brussel sprouts, cabbage, water, salt and pepper and chilli flakes.

Keep stirring and cook until cabbage and brussel sprouts are cooked.
