You need:

2 cups milk (you can use coconut or almond or whatever you want)

1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple

1/2 cup frozen organic butternut squash

1.5  tbs raw local honey

1 cup chopped greens (you can use kale and parsley)

1/2 of a 1/2 of an avocado

Preparation

Blend everything in a vita-mix or high speed blender until totally smoothie.
