2 Medium Onions, chopped 2 Bell Peppers, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, minced 4 ounces green chilies, drained and chopped

2 Lbs grass fed ground chuck beef

14 Ounces tomatoes, canned, drained, chopped

2 Tsp Ground cumin

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1 Tsp Cayenne

1 Tsp Freshly ground pepper

1 Tsp SaltĀ 

1 Cup Beef Broth


In a saute pan, saute the onions, peppers, and garlic until they start to become soft

Next add in the ground beef and cook until brown, then drain off the excess fat

Transfer the meat and vegetables to your crock pot

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 Hours

Enjoy and serve over a bed of Cauliflower Rice
