4oz dark meat rotisserie free range organic chicken (torn into pieces)
2 cups fresh kale (washed and torn into pieces)
Melt the ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the ghee has melted, add kale and saute until wilted.
Add the chicken and cook only long enough for it to heat up.
Crack the eggs directly into the pan and stir.
When the eggs have cooked through, it’s time to eat.
