- 4 lean chicken breasts
- 1tspn cumin
- 1tspn basil
- 1tspn garlic powder
- 1tspn thyme
- 4tblspns Olive Oil
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix spices and olive oil in a bowl and brush on chicken.
Throw it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.
Dash a little cinnamon across the pieces if you wish.
For this meal I added some slices of yellow squash and onion chunks, both covered in lemon juice.
