• 4 lean chicken breasts
  • 1tspn cumin
  • 1tspn basil
  • 1tspn garlic powder
  • 1tspn thyme
  • 4tblspns Olive Oil
  • cinnamon

 

Preparation

Mix spices and olive oil in a bowl and brush on chicken.

Throw it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.

Dash a little cinnamon across the pieces if you wish.

For this meal I added some slices of yellow squash and onion chunks, both covered in lemon juice.
