1 tbsp olive oil

500-600g grass fed beef mince

2 garlic cloves crushed

1 large onion chopped

2 large carrots chopped into small pieces

1/2 large cabbage cut in half and cut into fine slices

1 1/2 tbsp curry powder

1 cup grass beef stock

1/2 cup oyster sauceĀ 

1 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation

Heat oil in a wok and stir fry beef mince and onion until beef is browned.

Add curry powder and stir-fry for 1 Minute Add carrots and cook for a further 3 Minutes.

Add stock and sauces and stir-fry 2 Minutes.

Add cabbage and cook whilst stirring for about 15 minutes until the liquid has mostly gone.
