6 free range organic  Chicken Drummers

chicken stock (homemade from other chicken dishes if possible)

Chopped RED Onion

Sea Salt

3 Cloves of Garlic

Curry Powder

Cinnamon

Pepper

 

Preparation

6 drummies – preheat oven to 425 while you get your ingredients together.

Add chicken stock to bottom of pan, Lay drummies side by side, cover with raw chopped onions.

Sprinkle with Sea salt.

Add 3 pressed cloves of garlic then leave the pod in the baking dish.

Sprinkle w curry powder and cinnamon. Turn drummies at about 1/2 way cooked and sprinkle with more curry and cinnamon.
