freshly diced garlic,
minced fresh ginger,
whole coconut milk.
Curry powder,red pepper flakes,
Pastured chicken cut in chunks.
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Next add ginger and garlic and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Add spices (except cinnamon) and mix well. Next add coconut milk.
Mix well and simmer for about 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
Next, add broccoli, mix well and cook for a few minutes. Add chicken and cinnamon. Salt and pepper to taste.
