1 1/2 C Almond Flour

1/4 C Coconut Flour

1/4 C Arrowroot Flour

2 Eggs

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 C Coconut Milk

1/8-1/4 C Honey (to your taste… we used somewhere in the middle)

strawberry puree (nothing added)

 

Preparation

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Once combine, add in liquid and combine till smooth.

Heat Coconut Oil to medium high in a large heavy pan. Drop dough in small balls (I just used two spoons to size and drop) into oil.

Allow to cook on first side and roll around in oil till all sides are evenly crispy.

Enjoy plain, dipped in a little maple syrup, or a strawberry puree (YUMMY).
