2 cups cooked  free range  organic chicken, cubed

1 (16 ounce) fresh broccoli

1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (14 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup organic butter melted

2 cups breadcrumbs

salt          

pepper

garlic powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray a 13×9 pan layer chicken and broccoli.

Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and seasonings. Spoon over top.

Mix margarine and bread crumbs. Top casserole.

Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover bake an additional 15 minutes.

Can add 2 C cheddar cheese.
