8oz fresh tuna

1 tomato

1 lime

5 leaves basil

A few sprigs thyme

A few sprigs oregano

Hazelnut oil  

Sesame oil

Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper

 

Preparation

Zest a half teaspoon worth of lime zest

Remove peel from half of lime and chop lime pulp finely

Chiffonade basil

Remove thyme leaves

Remove oregano leaves

Dice tomato

Dice tuna

Place above in bowl

Add splash of hazelnut oil, sesame oil and add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste

Garnish with a whole basil leave
