1 tbsp vinegar

salt and pepper

1 pinch(es) sugar

4 tbsp olive oil

1 head(s) lettuce, washed and spin-dried

Preparation

Dissolve some salt in the vinegar.

Season with pepper and sugar.

Whisk in the oil.

Pour the dressing over the lettuce and serve immediately.
