2 x 150g wild salmon fillets

1 avocado , roughly chopped

a handful of cherry tomatoes , roughly chopped

1 bunch coriander , roughly chopped

half red chilli , finely chopped

1 lime , juiced, plus wedges, to serve

olive oil

 

Preparation

Heat the grill and cook the salmon on each side for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

Mix together the avocado, tomato, coriander and chilli with the lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil and some seasoning.

Serve with the grilled salmon and a wedge of lime.
