With advances in medicine and extensive research into human health and fitness we can no longer bury our heads in the sand with regards to our physical health. Everyone now knows that in order to remain physically fit and mentally
healthy that you need to exercise at least three times a week and eat healthy, fresh organic foods and avoid processed foods as much as possible. (read more)

 

The Safety of Our Food

With so many instances of e. coli happening at local grocery stores, it’s important to think about where you are buying the food that you and your family are eating. For a healthier alternative than your local grocer is shopping locally at farmer’s markets or going directly to farms in your area for fresh, pesticide free organic fruits and vegetables, as well as free-range, grass fed meat and poultry.
