- Leftover roasted free range organic chicken
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 jar roasted red peppers, sliced or fresh red bell pepper
- 1 sliced green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup cut or torn cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. cominos
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 1 tbsp coconut or olive oil
In a pan, heat oil, onion and cominos until glossy. Add other ingredients.
Mix and simmer until hot. Serve on lettuce leaves.
