1 1/2 dry white wine

1/4 cup organic honey

juice from one lemon

1 pound wild caught scallops

turkey bacon slices (enough for 1/2 slice per scallop)


Place dry white wine, honey and fresh squeezed lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Add thawed or frozen scallops to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour (2 hours if you have the time).

Wrap each scallop in 1/2 slice of turkey bacon and secure with a small wooden skewer (soak the skewers in water before you use them to prevent them from catching on fire).

Grill on gas grill until cooked through. Enjoy!
