2 Organic eggs
0,75 dl Coconut milk
0,5 dl Coconut flour
a generous 0, 5 dl Fresh black currants
Vanilla stevia
Cardamom, cinnamon
Quality salt
Ghee or butter for frying
(Coconut milk + vanilla stevia for sauce)
Preparation
Mix the ingredients and season according to your taste.
Bake small cakes in ghee or butter in low temperature on a frying pan. Serve with paleo vanilla custard aka coconut milk.
(To prepare the custard, use some vanilla stevia to season coconut milk and refrigerate before serving for the mixture to set.)
