3/4 cup almond flour

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 eggs 

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup finely diced apple

 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.

Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.

Fold in the diced apple.

Spread into a greased 9×9 pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
