1 pound grass-fed hamburger

8 spinach leaves

8 cherry tomatoes

1 avocado, cut into slices

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

8 toothpicks


Make hamburger into eight 2 oz patties. Season patties with sea salt and pepper.

Place on gas grill for about 4 minutes each side.

Top each burger with one piece of spinach, one slice of avocado and one cherry tomato.

Secure with a toothpick.
