2lbs venison or ground grass fed  burger

2 tabelspoons- Blue Agave or Honey

1/2cup finely diced- Sweet mini bell peppers

5 cloves diced- Garlic

1 diced- Onion

1 cup diced- Mushroom

1 teaspoon- Paprika

1 teaspoon- Chili Powder   

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

2 Avocado’s, 2 limes, 1 head of romaine lettuce

Preparation

Mix burger, sweet bell peppers, honey, paprika, onion powder, chili pepper, in a bowl mix all together and form 1/4 lb burgers and BBQ on medium heat til done.

In a pan saute onion and mushrooms til caramelized.

Guacamole: Mix avocado’s, garlic, and squeeze lime in a bowl and mix till pasty. For a little kick add diced Jalapenos.

Place burger, sauteed onions and mushrooms, and guacamole in a lettuce leaf and warp up and enjoy.

Serve with a fruit salad and Sweet potato fries.
