• 1 lb free range organic boneless chicken breast or thighs cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 T coconut oil
  • juice from 2 oranges
  • 2 T orange zest
  • 1 t fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or wheat-free soy sauce
  • 1 t chili garlic sauce
  • 3 green onions chopped



In a medium sized pot on medium heat, add the orange juice, zest, ginger, coconut aminos and chili garlic sauce. Let simmer to reduce and thicken while the chicken cooks.

In a saute pan, heat 3 T of FOC over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, approximately 5-6 minutes.

Add the chicken to the sauce and stir coat

Garnish with green onions
