The method (so very, very easy!):
Preheat your oven to 170C/338F.
You need a pan you can stick in your oven first. Heat it on the hob (you don’t need any oil) and put the shoulder fat side down and braise it.
Once its got some great colour, turn it over and add all the other ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes before covering it and sticking it into the oven for around an hour and a half (or about the same time it took us to change two car brakes and eating Harbibo..I mean, Paleo Haribo).
When the apples and onions are reduced into a really lovely sauce the meat will be perfectly cooked.
We DEMOLISHED this within 10 minutes. The sauce was so good we’ve added it to our list of things we want to cover our naked bodies with. ENJOY!
