2 lbs Grass-Fed Ground Beef

1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped

1 14.5-oz Can Diced Tomatoes (undrained)

3/4 cup Canned Pumpkin

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 – 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie SpiceĀ 

1/4 tsp Pepper



In a large skillet, saute onion and beef over medium heat.

When beef is browned, stir in remaining ingredients.

Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

Eat solo or wrapped up with cabbage or romaine leaves.
