4 boneless grass fedĀ  beef loins

2TB rosemary leaves, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1TB coconut oil

1tsp. grated lemon peel

1tsp black pepper



Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides.

Mix rosemary , garlic, oil, lemon peel and pepper in medium bowl.

Rub mixture on steaks.

Cover and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grill steaks until thermometer registers 145 degrees F for med. rare or until done to your taste.

Cut diagonally into 1/2inch slices and serve. 4 servings.
