1 lb grass fed  Lean Ground Beef

1/2 C frozen strawberries chopped fine

2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 TBSP coconut milk

3/4 C spinach (chopped)

1 tsp black pepper 



Mix all ingredients together well. Form 4 thick patties and put on plate.

Place plate in refrigerator for a half hour or so. Cook on griddle or pan til desired doneness (about 20 minutes).

Note:Be careful turning them. They’re fragile. I used a spatula and a clean hand to ease them over.

Fresh strawberries can be used, however the frozen seemed to give off more flavor when cooked.
