6oz pre-cooked copeed up Lobstaaa

1/2 an avocado

4 cups greens of choice (I used romaine & wasabi arugula)

1/4 of a bell pepper

5 cherry tomatoes

2 slices of red onion

1 tsp Chili Garlic Paste (Rooster kind)

1/4 tsp clover honey

1/2 lime (juiced)  

1/2 tsp garlic powder, pepper, chipotle seasoning, salt to taste

 

Preparation

Chop up lobster, onion, tomatoes, avocado, greens and bell pepper and toss into a big ass bowl.

Spoon chili garlic paste, lime juice, honey and spices into a little dish and mix it up.

Pour dressing over salad and NOSH.
