3 fillets of Tilapia

1 handful Spinach

1 Egg

1/4 cup All purpose coconut flour

1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

1/2 tsp Parsley

1/4 tsp White pepperĀ 

 

Preparation

Use food processor to pulse tilapia and spinach until you reach a consistency it will hold together.

Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.

Form three cakes with the mixture.

Heat about 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a large fry pan to med-high heat, cook each piece around 3 minutes a side until golden brown.
