1 can Tuna, drained, flaked with fork
A few Tbsp of Sun-Dried Tomato in oil (no need to drain old, just chop up)
2-3 tsp of Epicure’s Hummus Dip Mix
1-2 Tbsp of Homemade Mayo with garlic
Combine all, let sit 10mins to absorb together. Form into 4-5 patties.
Heat olive oil in an Eclipse Fry Pan over medium and fry 3 minutes on first side (don’t try to flip any sooner or they may fall apart).
Cook about 1 minute on other side. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
