- 1 quart whole mushrooms
- 2-3 oz herbed goat cheese
- Approximately 2-3 inches of a nitrate-free pepperoni stick
Preparation
Remove the stems from the mushroom caps
Chop the pepperoni and mix well with the goat cheese (Will mix easier at room temperature)
Stuff the mushrooms and place in a lightly-greased baking dish
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes
