3/4 cp canned pumpkin

1/2 cp canned full fat coconut milk

1/2 cp water

1 cp crushed ice

1-2 tsp organic raw honey or maple syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

 

Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Top with whipped cream if you like and a dash of cinnamon.

Also good with a few finely crushed pecans sprinkled on top for a nutty flavor.
