• 1 lb organic Ground Bison (beef would work well)
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 3 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 10-12 Asparagus Spears
  • Avocado Oil to drizzle

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients, except asparagus and avocado oil in a food processor or a large bowl.

Process to combine, or use your hands. Wash and trim asparagus spears.

Take the meat mixture in about 3 oz pieces.

Flatten in your hands, place asparagus spear over the meat and form it around the spear. Squeeze to keep it tight around the spear and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle avocado oil over spears.

Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Following baking, broil them on low for 5 minutes.

Remove and enjoy!
