By fishy I don’t mean suspicious but I do mean the 8 0z of fish we should be eating a week. Fish and shellfish are full of omega-3 fatty acids that have numerous health benefits. Omega -3 Fatty acids are great for your heart and protecting against cardiovascular diesease as well as child development. Pregnant women should consume 12 oz of fish or shellfish a week. The seafood isle is full of all different types of fish and there are so many ways you can incorporate it into your diet. Try some fish tacos or salmon on top of a nice salad. You can easily consume 8 oz of fish a week with 2 4 oz servings. It’s time to start fishin for better health!
