• Leftover roasted free range organic chicken
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 jar roasted red peppers, sliced or fresh red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup cut or torn cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. cominos
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • 1 tbsp coconut or olive oil

 

Preparation

In a pan, heat oil, onion and cominos until glossy. Add other ingredients.

Mix and simmer until hot. Serve on lettuce leaves.
