Do this and never ever again complain about your waist line.

  1. Eat according to your metabolic type

  2. Check for any hidden food allergies, or perform a rotational diet

  3. Exercise (a Must, hire a trainer to get you motivated to lift weights and do cardio.  This may not feel good in the beginning, but your body will thank you in the end) (you can get my book to find the right trainer for you so you get the best.)

  4. Don’t eat refined, processed, package foods

  5. Eat fresh food

  6. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water/ day

  7. Follow the 80/20 rule, 80% of the time you eat great 20% don’t eat as great

  8. Get at least 8 hrs of sleep per night

  9. Go to bed no later than 10:30

  10. Improve your posture

  11. Correct your muscle imbalances

  12. Reduce stress, live life, enjoy and have lots of fun (to much bad stress can kill)
