If this is you, then you may be one of the 25% of Americans who have inactive lifestyles and take less than 5,000 steps a day.

If your job consists of being at the computer most of the day you cant change your job, but you can change the things you do during your work day. The goal is to shoot for around 10,000 steps a day. This CAN be accomplished with short walking breaks and instead of taking any short cuts always remind yourself to just walk it out.

Inactivity causes chronic issues such as diabetes and obesity. Stay in good health and keep your feet moving!
