Squats are one of the best exercises to work your hips, butt, and thighs. To achieve a perfect squat you must first get the correct position. Make sure you are standing straight up with your chest out then stand with your feet shoulder width apart. With your head facing forward and your back straight bend your knees while making sure they do not extend over your toes. Lower your body until you are in a seated position and then come back up. Start with 2 sets with 10 – 15 reps. If you want a challenge you can also use free weights. This is a great start to a better butt!
