Consistency is the key to success, especially when trying to lose weight. When you are consistent with moderate forms of exercise you will reap more benefits than if you stop and go with intense forms of exercise at one time. We all know how easy it is to make excuses as to why you can’t workout, so you need to think of a new plan. Despite these excuses things do come up and you can’t make it to the gym. That is when you come up with a back up plan to your regime instead of beating yourself up or forgetting your workout plan all together. Find a partner, a group or if you do it alone make sure you look ahead at your calendar and mark at least 30 min out of every day. Once you are consistent with your plan you will stop coming up with excuses, because just like work it becomes apart of your daily life. Do not give up and do not expect immediate results. Weight loss success isn’t just through consistency but through patience as well.
